My idea for IDS A/Me solo/duo
ok so heres the build (ty ppl who origonally came up with these ideas for builds) theres also a dual A/Me duo u can do which ill post at the end.
Solo:
A/Me
Shadow Form [E]
Arcane Echo
Shadow of Haste
Dark Escape
Jagged Strike
Wild Strike
Death Blossom
Critical Strike
For only 170 attribute pts:
Shadow Arts: 12+3+1
Dagger Mastery: 9+1
Critical Strikes: 6+2
For only 185 attribute pts:
Shadow Arts: 12+3+1
Dagger Mastery: 10+1
Critical Strikes: 6+2
For 200 attribute pts:
Shadow Arts: 12+3+1
Dagger Mastery: 10+1
Critical Strikes: 7+2
I dont know the run, but ill learn it soon, and as soon as my sin is able to try this out ill do this and video and screenshot it btw, so heres wat to do:
Run from granite citadel to the cave (using dark escape, and shadow of haste kinda near portals, maybe consider swapping a skill for Shadow Refuge instead. Make sure ur at least 3 times the aggro bubble away from the cave entrance. Use Shadow of haste, wen u get almost within range of mobs use arcane echo, then use shadow form, use the attack skills, renewing shadow form wen needed. wen the 2nd shadow form is just about to go, use dark escape to teleport out and wait for skills, hp and energy to recharge, then go again, until u cleared the whole cave
Dual:
both need this build:
Shadow Form [E]
Arcane Echo
Arcane Mimicry
Shadow of Haste
Dark Escape
Jagged Strike
Wild Strike
Just run in (using tactics as before) target different imps, just before ur last shadow form is about to run out, use arcane mimicry on ur partner, to get 1 last use of it, then use dark escape after that final shadow form. enjoy!
Credit to darkrawlinson for the origonal build, but me for the idea of just how to use it, have fun and make lots of cash from IDS's!

I dunno about this one mate, mebbe you should try it first.
Have you ever been to the ice caves?
For instances often the imps aren't in the cave, often there's some outside and then there's the chickens before that and they have eratic spawns.
What if you can't get 3x agro bubble away from the cave, that's a likely senario, plus how do you deal with the mountain trolls or the azure shadows after that?
I could post any build I want here and say that I can do many things, in theory...
My advice, go test your build, iron out all the what if's and buts then post something when you know it works, tbh this just won't work and I make a living farming icy dragon swords

I'll keep my sceptism about hero/hench flag, tried that the day nf came out, loadsa runs to ice caves, never one ids.
Do it now with 2 man team, got 2 ids on one run today, so I'm sticking with it and leave ma heros at home, more fun that way neway

hmmm nice thoughts... but since its already out heres my inut.. Its easy as pie...
Skills:
SOh
Arcane Echo
Shadow Form
Deadly Paradox
Siphon Speed
Bls
BSS
TF
Notes: You can keep three Sfs w/o a partner. Use Siphon Speed to keep running. And always remmber to use Deadly Paradox before using Sf. remember that you will be spammed with lots of exploding arrows from Avaciras. Therefore use an armor with Hp + armor, with only Superiors are Shadows and a Major Deadly. I suggest a shield and A sword with enchant as a running tool. Figure the stats by yourself. There is a seperate Build for doing the Ids run, its not mine, and I have no authority to post it. If you have questions on how to do an ids run talk to my friends: Geyski Mcdoogal and Rand the Assassin. Oh one more input, never use Siphon on the Tree Spirit guys, the one that throws rocks at you, cus they plant traps, If you are therefore trapped, then its bye byes. Remember to distribute some Attributes to your deadly Arts and not just on Shadow, dagger, and Crits. When you are already trying to kill the Ice imps, switch to your tombs armor, or the Armor that has your superiors on. I suggest taking the side route When you are already trying to reach the cave.

I was messing around with this idea yesterday. freined neutrality (sp?) + dark escape got me there, but like someone said before there was no decent place to break aggro and setup. Lots of mobs out side the cave and a couple avacara who follow right up to the cave. If this all depends on the "uber" spawn id say this isnt really worth messing with, unless your intentions are for the challenge and not the ids

sup baby boys. geyski here. i actually just used the tomb solo build but changed the hex to conjure phantasm. its fast, spammable, and does enough dmg to kill an imp with the 3skill combo and 2 regular hits. so u can kill 3 imps in one go. i never actually tried running there cus im too lazy to learn. i jus get my trusty heros and henchies scour the land for chests maybe try to get 20/20 sunder and 30hp mod for my potential ids and also level up my weak heros (15 to 20 in like 3 runs) then flag em away at cave. probably done like 30 or so runs, only 3 ids but ive gotten sweet gold hammers no one wants to buy, super sweet gold staffs no one wants to buy and the first level of treasure hunter/ wisdom seeker titles. now shit has only 44 percent chance of breakin when i salvage. watch when i get a weapon with both max sunder and max hp mods, that extra 6% really gonna pay off. my way probably too long for an effective farm (bout 30min once u get to m.springs. plus like a 3min run thru tasca.) but koss looks badass with ids. if theres ppl out there that want to do a full solo build, to kill an imp only takes empathy black lotus and twist fangs and some regular hits. so u can put feigned/d.paradox in that extra slot.
if i were gonna try full solo. i would do
d.escape
d.paradox
s.o.haste
a.echo
s.form
empathy
b.lotus
t.fangs
and basically jus do some shenanigans and tomfoolery on the birds. soh then lure away then port back and recharge skills.
side note - i jus bought some new shrouded armor with hp on it so i can use this build and still take some dmg. vabbian chests looks pretty badass with luxon rest armor. jus the vabbian black tint is lighter than luxon but its barely noticeable.
